Return and Exchange Policies

We are committed to provide the greatest user experience to our customers from the very beginning of placing the order to initiating a return . You will have hassle free services from our end .

In case of any issue with the product manufacturing defect , quality , damage , size or wrong item You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery of your order either by mail at cs@stylecosy.com or whatsapp msg .

Your return request will be reviewed and honored within 72 business hours once you initiate your return . 

Conditions for Return and Exchange policy 

  1. Product should be unused with original Tags and Packaging
  2. All the accessories of the product should be complete in count
  3. In case of seal tag it should be attached with the product
  4. Certain inner wear items like camisoles , sleepwear are no returnable
  5. Customized size orders are non returnable and non exchangeable 
  6. In case of any defect or damage share the pictures of product , size tag , label , outer package within 24 hours of the delivery either by mail or whatsapp
  7. Pickup will be done from the original address of delivery if there will be any pickup serviceability or embargo pincode issue or local disturbance you can give an alternate address or send it back to us by yourself through a reliable courier .
  8. If you return any product by yourself , pack it properly so that product is not visible from outside , paste a plain paper on it with your order number name and return address to avoid any hassles and share the courier receipt with us either by mail or msg . Pack the product properly and securely to avoid any intransit loss or damage .
  9. wallet 1 credits = 1Rs , the refund value in your wallet will be equivalent to the net amount paid by you for the product.
  10. Refund in the form of bank or cash is not available
  11. There will be no expiry for the coupon or gift card issued by stylecosy in case of any returned item or canceled order .
  12. In case the amount of your return item is more that will remain in the same gift card and you can use the same in your next purchase .
  13. In case of exchange if the amount is more the remaining balance you can pay by online or cash on delivery (if balance amount is more than Rs 200/-)
  14. You are always welcome for any positive or negative feedback about our product and services . We are pledged to hear and improve our product and services
  15. All exchanges are subjected to the availability 
  16. Non returnable items are neither exchangeable nor returnable
